* Level Description *

January 23, 2008: Hidden away in Japan's northern island of Hokkaido, prominent
nations of the UN are building a super weapon like the world has never seen.
The project has been codenamed "Guardian." Using mostly experimental technology
they have tried to create an unbeatable walking tank.

There is an obvious strong Metal Gear Solid influence. I think the level fits
really well with urban terror because of its near future setting.
